JAIPUR: The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Ajmer on Tuesday remanded two of the arrested in the Ajmer Dargah blast case to judicial custody till December 7. Harshad Bai Solanki, and Mukesh Vasani were in police custody till now.
CJM court of Rattan Lal Mund ordered their judicial custody after the Rajasthan's Anti Terror Squad (ATS), probing the Ajmer Dargah bomb blast which claimed three lives on October 11, 2007, informed that they had done with the accused for the time being.
Harshad Bai Solanki is charged with manufacturing and packing the bombs used in the subversive activity while Mukesh Vasani has been accused of planting them in Dargah premises.
The ATS, which has filed an 806-page charge sheet in this connection, has so far arrested five persons. The case is being tried in the District and Sessions Court, Ajmer. ATS sources here said they would try to bring Aseemanand, one of the said kingpins of the conspiracy, to Rajasthan for questioning after getting him on a transit remand.
